BIEBER FANS, GET EXCITED!!!!! Justin officially announced the name of his upcoming album, when it will be released, the cover art and a brand new song featuring Kehlani.

The album will be called “Changes” which we all could have guessed because well thats the name of the tour. He is releasing the album on Valentine’s Day, and it will include 17 tracks.
